Return Policy

At THE RESONANCE CO, we believe in creating products that inspire a more mindful, balanced, and productive life. We stand behind our designs and hope they add value to your everyday routine. If, however, our products don’t meet your expectations, we offer The 90-Day Feel-Good Pledge to ensure your satisfaction.

 

The 90-Day Feel-Good Pledge

Experience the difference or get your money back — satisfaction guaranteed. If you feel that our products haven’t contributed to a more positive approach to productivity and happiness within 90 days of purchase, please email us at hello@theresonanceco.com. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to complete the return of your filled-in journal or planner, and issue a refund upon receiving the product.

 

Eligibility for Return

Under our 90-Day Feel-Good Pledge, we accept returns for journals and planners even if they have been filled in, as long as they are returned within 90 days of purchase. We aim to ensure that every product meets your expectations and adds value to your life.

Please note, however, that we cannot accept returns on:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards

Returns of any products sent back without prior email confirmation may experience delays. Contact us first to ensure a smooth process.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If approved, we’ll process the refund, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days. Refunds may take a few days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider. If there’s a delay, check your bank or credit card company’s posting policy, and feel free to reach out to us at hello@theresonanceco.com if you still need assistance.

 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email hello@theresonanceco.com.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, we’ll provide a gift credit for the return value. For orders where the gift was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to them.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, including those for returns, are always the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all returns, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
