très contente à date de mon choix pour le mix. Je fais plutôt le planner le matin pour préparer ma journée et le three wish journal le soir pour m'apaiser et avoir un moment de détente posé. J'essaie de le faire quotidiennement dès que j'ai un moment. C'est assez addictif !
